Classes run for an average of 1 hour. We host them daily to give you the opportunity to set a solid workout regime and achieve optimal results. Everyday the workout on the "Whiteboard" is something different - this keeps your body guessing and helps avoid those nasty plateaus. Every workout is completely able to be scaled to suit every individuals personal fitness level and ability. We prefer to work on perfecting technique and mobility before anything else to ensure everybody is safe and preventing injuries from happening. When you start there is a warm up to do as a class with a range of movements to get your body ready for the class - Then you move into a strength block or sometimes it's cardio - Then into the workout of the day. Our classes and workouts are a mixture of gymnastics, Olympic weightlifting, body weight movements and cardio vascular endurance. YES that may sound daunting but I promise you once you try it for yourself you will laugh at the thought of being scared and amazed at the results you are achieving.
